Strategic Style for Women Who Lead

There is something happening to women in law every single day that no one names. You are walking into rooms you have earned the right to be in and still questioning how you are being seen.

I help women attorneys build a strategic wardrobe that reflects their authority, commands the room, and takes the guesswork out of getting dressed so they can lead with confidence. Not compromise.

When presence suffers

You Can’t Get Promoted if You’re Invisible

Even when your work is exceptional, your presence matters. In the legal profession, style is not separate from how you are judged. It is part of it.

The fit. The intention. Whether you look current or dated. All of it is being read. As judgment. As credibility. As readiness.

And when those signals are not aligned, your authority is softened before you ever speak.

You Shouldn’t Have To Work Twice As Hard Just To Be Seen

When I was practicing law, I showed up to a deposition and was mistaken for the legal secretary. It was not the first time. I know what it is like to be overlooked because of how you are perceived, even when you have done the work and earned your place. My clients tell me the same stories.

I spent 7 years practicing law and 13 more in legal professional development leadership inside AmLaw 200 firms. I sat in the rooms where advancement decisions are made, where trust is assigned, and where perception quietly shapes who gets the next opportunity. I saw how often style was part of the equation, even when no one said it out loud.

That moment at the deposition lit a fire. At 51, I left a six-figure law firm salary to close the gap between a woman attorney’s capability and how she is perceived in the rooms that decide her future.

Today I work one-on-one with women attorneys as a personal stylist and style strategist, helping them build a wardrobe that reflects their judgment, their presence, and their authority. This includes courtroom-ready polish, business casual styling for female lawyers, and full professional wardrobe makeovers for women in law.

There are people who teach style. There are people who understand law firms. I am the only one doing this work from inside the profession, for the profession.
